Engaged to provide concept design services for client Shane Smith, the brief called for a modern four-bedroom, two-storey residence inspired by contemporary modern tropical architecture. The design features three bedrooms upstairs, including a master suite with ensuite, while the ground floor incorporates a guest bedroom with ensuite, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and seamless connections to outdoor living. Complemented by a swimming pool and carport, the home balances modern elegance with functional tropical living.
